CNC turning machining
Our Ruixing has 25 sets of CNC turning centers including an automatic CNC lathe, slant bed CNC lathe, turning milling compound machine, and CNC Swiss lathe. We provide CNC turning parts including knurled, thread, complex circle shapes, etc.

We are one-stop cnc machining parts manufacturer and provide 10+ kinds of surface finishes for cnc machined parts.
As turning machined (Ra0.8-3.2um / Ra32-126uinch,Min Ra0.4um/Ra16uinch)
Our standard CNC turning surface roughness: Aluminum and plastic parts can get Ra0.8-1.6 um, Brass, stainless steel,steel and titanium alloy parts can get Ra1.6-3.2um.If you have higher inquiry in some place, We can do Ra0.4um perfect surface by use diamond blade.
As milling machined(Ra1.6-3.2um / Ra64- Ra126uinch)
Our standard CNC milling surface roughness: Aluminum and plastic parts can get Ra1.6 um, Brass, stainless steel,steel and titanium alloy parts can get Ra1.6-3.2um. If you have higher inquiry. need add grinding to get Ra0.4um.
Polishing (Ra0.8um / Ra32uinch）
In order to obtain a bright and flat surface, usually use mechanical polishing and electro-polishing to reduce the surface roughness of a workpiece. Polishing can not improve the dimensional or geometric accuracy of the workpiece but can get a smooth surface or mirror gloss surface.
Grinding / Lapping（Ra0.025-0.63um / Ra1.0-25uinch)
For metal and plastic parts, we use grinding / lapping to get perfect surface and precision dimension. It is suitable for flat surfaces, inner holes, outer cylindrical surfaces, and conical surfaces.The machining accuracy can reach IT5~01, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.025-0.63um
